Compact bearing CR2000
Compact bearings are used with prefabricated concrete structures in order e.g. to transfer loads, absorb movements and deviations in angle, as well as to protect against damage that can arise due to temperature fluctuations.
Compact bearing CR 2000 is a supporting bearing with a waffled upper surface.It is made of chloroprene with hardness Shore A of 70 ± 5. The surface structure contributes to reduced stresses, particularly when under load. The effect of transverse stresses on the underlying material is reduced to the same extent as for a smooth elastometric bearing. Depending on the size, the CR 2000 has a compression strength capacity of up to 20 N/mm².
The compact bearings can be manufactured in various sizes according to the customer’s wishes.All bearings are available with holes or slots.
