NEO-ÖB

NEO-ÖB upper pins are used together with panel bearing anchors. The product is also known as a “hairpin”. These are used to connect the façade panel to the inner panel in a sandwich element. The task of the hairpins is to absorb the adhesion force that arises during demoulding as well as the effects of the wind when the element is installed.

NEO-ÖB is used when the inner panel has been cast first, i.e. downwards in the formwork. The upper pin is inserted from above through the insulation.
